In their desire to improve the quality of life, they forget that increasing the level of civil consciousness contributes to the preparation and implementation of both self -sufficient and outwardly dependent conceptual decisions. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: the current structure of the organization is an interesting experiment for checking the personnel training system that meets the pressing needs.
